Choose from four guest room types – Tallgrass, Roserock, Swallowtail and Writer’s Suite – a themed nod to Oklahoma’s state symbols and “Invisible Man” author. Also inspired by Oklahoma’s heritage is the Milo Restaurant, named after the state’s key export – milo sorghum. Chef Josh Valentine, Top Chef finalist and native Oklahoman, highlights local flavors during every meal. After sampling Valentine’s exquisite menu, guests and visitors alike can head upstairs to enjoy drinks, a seasonally heated pool and an iconic Oklahoma sunset overlooking downtown’s skyline at the Rooftop Pool & Bar.
