The menu reflects the same attitude – nothing fancy here, but lots of down-home favorites, well prepared and served by a friendly and efficient staff. Check out the Big T’s smoked prime rib, served by the ounce, or the “canal catch” catfish, flash fried Mississippi style. For a distinctive Okie treat, don’t miss the fried bologna sandwich, a thick slice of meat served with the eatery’s signature barbecue sauce, Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses, and lettuce and tomato.
