OCCC Signature Lecture Series
Oklahoma City Community College's Paul W. Sechrist Signature Lecture Series will feature David Grann, the New York Times bestselling author of "Killers of the Flower Moon" and "The Lost City of Z."
Hear Grann speak at the Visual and Performing Arts Center Theater as he details his immersive reporting experiences when developing true crime novels. Grann's 2017 novel, "Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI," is a true crime tale that unravels one of the most sinister crimes and racial injustices in American history. The novel will soon be adapted to film by Martin Scorcese.
This lecture and Q&A event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served and a book signing will occur immediately following the lecture.
