Let's Do Tree ID
Head to the Lake Thunderbird State Park nature center for the Let's Do Tree ID event. As part of this family-friendly event, guests will take a closer look at nearby trees. Learn about the different types of bark, leaves and sizes of tree varieties from park staff before adventuring along the trails. The kids are encouraged to bring a notepad, bug spray and walking shoes as they embark on a tree identification journey throughout this Norman state park.
