Experience fresh, local cuisine at TS Fork in Tonkawa. A true dining destination for epicureans, TS Fork is open by reservation only and offers just one dinner meal on Friday and Saturday nights. Guests will enjoy an unparalleled meal experience with a five course, prix fixe menu featuring fresh produce and locally-raised beef, chicken, pork and vegetables.

The menu includes various cuisines, rotating roughly every two weeks to feature each season's best offerings. Along with each meal, complimentary water, coffee, iced tea and soft drinks are available, with an optional full bar service with specialty drinks unique to TS Fork Grand Tonkawa.

Special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice through the reservation system.
