The Museum Broken Arrow’s large-scale mural “A City in Bloom” was designed and painted by artist Carlos Barboza. Completed in June 2021, this 1800-sq-ft mural depicts the history of Broken Arrow with nods to the Muscogee Native Americans, historic buildings, military history, Rooster Days, the Katy Railroad and other Broken Arrow icons.
