From the oversized artwork and the redneck loveseats, which are actually lowered pickup tailgates, to the 12,000 sq. ft. and seating for 450 guests, everything about this place is bigger and badder, just like its namesake. The menu reflects the same attitude – nothing fancy here, but lots of down-home favorites, well prepared and served by a friendly and efficient staff. Check out the Big T’s smoked prime rib, served by the ounce, or the “canal catch” catfish, flash fried Mississippi style. For a distinctive Okie treat, don’t miss the fried bologna sandwich, a thick slice of meat served with the eatery’s signature barbecue sauce, Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses, and lettuce and tomato.
