Open since 1923, Swan Brothers Dairy Farm in Claremore has raised its own cows to produce quality cheeses and hormone-free milk. Visitors can view milking of dairy cows daily at 4pm before taking home a gallon of whole, 2 percent or skim milk. Blocks of cheese offered include Colby, cheddar, mozzarella, hot pepper, smoked cheddar and hot pepper cheddar curds. While picking up dairy products, shoppers can also select Made in Oklahoma products like local honey, beef, sausage and jams.
