OKC Philharmonic presents: Oklahoma Stories - Clara Luper Centennial
Celebrate the 100th birthday of Oklahoma civil rights leader Clara Luper during the Oklahoma City Philharmonic's special Clara Luper Centennial concert. The concert features several pieces of music celebrating Luper including a special piece commissioned for the event by the Philharmonic. Enjoy Hannibal Lokumbe's work "Trails, Tears, Transcendence: The Journey of Clara Luper" presented alongside music from composers Bernstein and Joan Tower during this commemorative performance.
