Mitch Park
Edmond's Mitch Park includes 280 scenic acres of multi-use trails, playgrounds, picnic areas and other recreational facilities. Visitors flock to this popular park throughout the year for a myriad of outdoor activities and community events. Enjoy two playgrounds, a disc golf course, two basketball courts, an exercise station, volleyball court, skate park, amphitheater and athletic complex. Bring your bike or take a walk on five miles of paved trails, or have a picnic under one of the park pavilions.
The Mitch Park Athletic Complex has five softball fields, three high school quality baseball fields, six little league football fields and one adaptive field. All nine fields are lit and share a concession stand. Visitors will also find the Multiple Activity Center (MAC) and Senior Center on the southeast side of the park, and the YMCA Edmond Recreation and Aquatic Center near the middle of the park.
Mitch Park also hosts several Edmond events throughout the year, including the Winter Edmond Farmers Market, performances by Upstage Theatre and Edmond Electric's Luminance.
