Cotton County Museum
At the Cotton County Museum in Walters, artifacts from the community are displayed including a wooden cook stove, typewriters, pianos, vignettes of a doctors office, church and schoolroom. Other items include WWI and WWII memorabilia, a collection of barbed wire, tools, cotton displays and equipment, old photographs and information on natives Van Heflin, Fred Harris and Abe Lemons. Some Indian paintings and artifacts also featured.
