In July 2007, Palmer Studios painted a historical mural on the walls of a downtown Fairview building. This Fairview historical mural includes a wide range of icons and landmarks that represent important aspects of the Oklahoma town’s commerce and annual events. Palmer Studios included several flags in this mural, from the US flag to the city flag to Canadian sister city Fairview, Alberta's flag. The top section of the mural also shows the county courthouse and an antique car, which highlights the annual Gloss Mountain Cruisers Car Show & Cruise. 

In the bottom half of the mural, Palmer Studios painted the Gloss Mountains in the background, oil symbols and the “Doodlebug” train that once shuttled passengers between Fairview and Longdale. Several annual Fairview events also appear in this mural, including the Old Time Threshing Bee & Two-Cylinder Show, as depicted by bales of wheat and a tractor. Palmer Studios also details the World’s Oldest Free Fly-In & Air Show with the airplane flying over the Gloss Mountains in this mural. This Fairview mural even gives a nod to the annual Fairview Wrangler Rodeo with its inclusion of the rodeo logo.
