Smok-Shak covers all the barbecue bases – smoked ribs, brisket and chicken, and barbecued beef and pulled pork sandwiches – but it distinguishes itself with its homemade comfort meals too such as chicken fried steak with country gravy and Grandma's chicken and noodles. And let's not forget the appetizers like calf fries and fried Watonga cheese curds. In fact, everything on the menu here has that home-cooked flavor. Wednesday Nights are Steak Night for juicy, charbroiled 12 oz. Rib-eye or 10 oz. KC Strip steaks. It’s located in the ghost town of Ingersoll, but there’s nothing spooky about a meal at the Smok-Shak.
