As in her other Pawhuska endeavors, she has gone the extra mile to curate not only a delicious menu, but also a delightful atmosphere. Among exposed brick walls adorned with flat-screen TVs, visitors to this pizzeria will find ample indoor and outdoor table seating and a full bar with knowledgeable bartenders ready to mix up signature craft cocktails.

P-Town’s wood-fired pizzas are nothing short of amazing, with the perfect combination of crunchy/chewy crust and unique toppings. Try the fig and prosciutto, the luscious potato leek or the pepperoni pizza, which boasts three different types of savory sausage. Salads, wings and garlic knots, affectionally dubbed “Not Knots,” are also on the menu. Don’t fill up on your main meal, because you’ll have to try one of the layered mason jar desserts like tiramisu or blueberry cheesecake.
