Western Oklahoma Historical Center
Located one block north of the Weatherford City Hall, the Western Oklahoma Historical Center has many things to offer those wanting to view what life was like for pioneers at the start of the 20th century. Featuring an authentic one-room schoolhouse and cabin, this museum proudly shows exhibits from the period and allows patrons to experience what schooling was like at the turn of the century. The center is also home to the Western Plains Genealogical Society.
