American Horse Lake near Geary is a no-wake lake that offers one concrete boat ramp, picnic tables, a water well and primitive tent campsites. This 100-acre lake supports an abundant population of good-sized bluegill and largemouth bass, and the area is popular for bank fishing and tube fishing. Bring a kayak, canoe or small fishing boat to explore this Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation lake, which was constructed in 1966.
