Parking Pass Policies/Instructions

One parking pass to this state park is included with a completed reservation for a State Park accommodation. During the confirmation process for your reservation, if you entered your vehicle information at the time of booking your vehicle has been registered for your stay and you will not receive an email from Premium Parking. If you weren’t sure about your vehicle and did not enter your vehicle information, you will receive an e-mail from our contracted vendor, Premium Parking. The e-mail contains a link to register the tag number for your primary vehicle and must be confirmed prior to your arrival to the park. Additional vehicles must also register and purchase a parking pass for the duration of the stay. Visitors may also pay for parking passes upon arrival by using the onsite pay machines. Failure to register may result in a citation with an additional fee.

Pet Policies

Pets are welcome in certain areas and require a per pet, per night fee. No pets are permitted in lodges. A specific pet cleaning fee will be charge to any guest not adhering to the Pet Policy. This does not apply to Service Animals.

Pets shall be leashed, caged, or otherwise restrained such that they are under the direct physical control of a person unless they are within a designated and fenced pet area. Pets running at large may be impounded. The Department shall not be responsible or held liable for violations of this policy.

All pets at Oklahoma State Parks shall have proof of vaccination for rabies. Documentation shall be readily available upon request.

All pet friendly cabins require a $40 per night/per pet fee. Failure to properly list pets shall result in pet fees being charged if non-disclosed pets are discovered.

Pets are prohibited in lodge rooms. If a pet is discovered in a lodge room, a $300 per night fee will be assessed for the expense of returning the room to an allergy free state. This policy does not apply to service animals. Damages incurred due to a pet will be assessed at the actual cost of repairing and returning the room to its original condition. The original payment method on file will be charged for any additional fees incurred by the Department due to violation of this policy.

Smoking Policy

Per Oklahoma Statutes Title 21, Section 1247 - Item B: All buildings, or portions thereof, owned or operated by the State of Oklahoma shall be designated as nonsmoking. Consequently, all cabins, lodge rooms and public areas are smoke free areas. Smoking in these areas will result in a cleaning charge of $400.00. Your acknowledgment of this policy during the booking process represents your agreement to these terms.

No Reselling Policy

Per your acknowledgement of these terms at the time of booking, reselling or using your reservation for Airbnb, VRBO, or other similar operations is ILLEGAL under 74 O.S. Section 2217 and strictly prohibited. Reservations may not be resold, transferred, or used for renting out a, RV site, Tent site, Shelter, Cabin or Lodge Room to another person. Legal action may be taken by the Department to enforce this law. This includes permanently banning individuals from the reservations systems; cancelling reservations and charging the full amount without any refund and booting, towing, impounding of vehicles and trailers involved in such illegal activities.

Booking Policy

When you book your reservation our system will attempt to post your deposit using the form of payment and information you provided. A confirmation email will be sent when your payment successfully authorizes and posts to your stay. In the event your deposit fails to post, either due to insufficient funds or improperly entered information, your reservation will not be completed and a cancellation email will be sent to you. If you receive this cancellation email, you may attempt to book again online with an alternate form of payment or by making sure that all the information you entered (Cardholder’s Name, Card Number, Expiration, CVV Number, Zip Code) is entered correctly.

Guarantee Policy

Upon completion of this booking, the entire amount due for your stay will be charged as an advanced deposit to the form of payment you supplied.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 5 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your advanced deposit. Any reservations cancelled inside of the 5-day cancellation window will forfeit the first night's amount of the advanced deposit.

How To Cancel your Reservation Online

Save your confirmation email with your Online Confirmation Numbers. Should you need to Manage or Cancel your reservation simply click on the link provided in your confirmation email and enter your Last Name and Online Confirmation Number to access your reservation. You may cancel or change your stay from there. If you created an account when booking, you can also use the link on the reservation management page to access your account which will show all reservations you have made at all Oklahoma State Parks. You can change or cancel any active reservations from within your account.

Change of location after arrival

If you choose to move from the assigned site for your reservation, charges will incur for the new site (including reservation fee) and you may forfeit total payment for the reserved site. Manager discretion.

Early Departure Policy

Departures after arrival to the park will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee and may also include forfeiture of the total rental fees for the date associated with the reservation.

Discounts

Military Discount - To salute the folks who’ve served our country, we’re offering a 10% discount on all our Lodge Rooms and Cabins and a 10% base rate discount on RV and Tent campsites to active and former military personnel. This special discount is good year-round and can be redeemed when booking your stay at any park by simply choosing the Military rate. Offer based on availability. Some blackout dates may apply and proof of service required at check-in.

Senior Discount - Seniors 62 and over are eligible for a 10% discount on all our Lodge Rooms and Cabins and a 10% base rate discount on RV and Tent campsites. To receive this discount, choose the “Senior” rate code when booking. Proper identification required. We offer Senior discounts Monday-Thursdays at all 7 golf courses. Arrowhead and Lake Murray also offer a senior discount on Friday - Sunday and Holidays.

Reservation Charges & Fees

At Time of Reservation - $25 Pre-authorization
Please be aware that all credit and debit cards will be pre-authorized in our system for $25 to validate your card and secure your reservation. This is only an authorization, not a charge.

At Check-In - $75 Hold
Please be aware that all credit and debit cards will be charged a $75 security deposit. This places a "hold" on your card for these funds. This amount is unavailable to you pending settlement of the final transaction. We will not be responsible for overdrafts or insufficient funds in your account due to this "hold" should you choose to use your Debit Card as payment.

Service Fee
A 3% service fee will be applied when paying by credit card or debit card.
