This family-friendly and USATF-sanctioned running event is perfect for runners of all ages and abilities. Enjoy a competitive 5K through beautiful Mohawk Park in Tulsa or opt for a lighter jog or walk with your four-legged friend during the one-mile fun run.
This year, the theme is "Heroes Unleashed!" Get ready for comic book thrills, surprises, and epic adventures. The annual costume contest for dogs and their humans is the perfect opportunity to show off heroic outfits and comic-book-inspired looks. Wheelchair and stroller racers are welcome and encouraged to register for this fun event. Moreover, participants are not required to own or bring a dog, as there are plenty of amenities for just walkers and runners too.
