Immerse yourself in Scottish and Celtic culture at the Oklahoma Highland Gathering in Choctaw Creek Park. The festivities kick off Friday night with a traditional Scottish fire ceremony followed by a traditional ceilidh, a celebration with folk music, singing, dancing and storytelling.
Throughout the weekend, attendees will enjoy a variety of activities and entertainers from Scotland and other Celtic nations. The festival will host the nationally-sanctioned highland games and offer a variety of other entertainment like pipes and drums, live music, highland dancing and more. Enjoy a selection of beer, wine and whiskey paired with food truck fare while you watch blacksmithing and sheep herding demonstrations, Viking reenactments, Scottish and Irish dancing and many other thrilling activities.
