1832 Bean & Boone Expedition Living History Program
Travel back in time with the Fort Gibson Historic Site's "Bean & Boone Expedition" living history program. United States Mountain Rangers reenactors will bring the fort's stockade to life by showing typical activities of soldiers at the fort in the 1830s. The reenactors will be dressed in period clothing as they demonstrate and discuss the equipment soldiers and the United States Mountain Rangers would have used in their daily lives. History buffs won't want to miss this immersive event in Fort Gibson this fall.
