Hosted by the Scottish Club of Tulsa, this evening of pomp and circumstance will include delectable Scottish fare, inspirational toasts, live music by the Waxie Dargles and the Tulsa Pipes and Drums, Scottish dancing and plenty of good cheer to go around.
