Connect with nature this April at Watercress Fest in Rose. Held on the grounds of the Saline Courthouse Museum, the festival celebrates watercress, a leafy green vegetable, and the arrival of spring. Watercress Fest will feature a pop-up artisan market, a variety of food trucks and several cultural presentations throughout the day. Sample food crafted by the on-site chef or embark on an ecological tour of the surrounding natural area all at this spring event.
