The Beavers Bend Folk Festival & Craft Show features crafts and demonstrations, folk music, a barnyard petting zoo and much more. Exhibitors and nearly 70 vendors will showcase skills such as woodturning, basket weaving, yarn spinning, quilting, paper-making and blacksmithing. Children's activities will keep the kids entertained and a smorgasbord of food will fill hungry bellies. Meanwhile, folk ensembles will set the mood with the twang of banjos, the wail of fiddles and the sound of bagpipes.
Admission and parking are free and shuttle buses will be on-hand for the comfort and convenience of festival-goers. Guests to Beavers Bend State Park will also enjoy outdoor activities such as horseback riding, camping, trout fishing and train rides.
