Photo Submission Agreement

The photo that is submitted to www.TravelOK.com may be altered to fit the necessary format. The photo may be used in the photo gallery or other related pages within www.TravelOK.com such as headers, banners and testimonials. All submitted pictures become the property of www.TravelOK.com.

The photo must meet the follwing criteria:

• Photo was taken within Oklahoma borders.
• Photo contains NO nudity, profanity, or objectionable content.
• Photo format is a "jpg" file and no larger than 250Kb.
• Photo portrays a positive image of Oklahoma.

By submitting pictures, you agree that you are the rightful owner and allow www.TravelOK.com full rights of display and use of pictures on this website.
